DENDENG BASAH BALADO






Ingredients:


daging berserat,

bawang merah, diiris tipis2
10 cabe merah, diulek kasar (atau di chopper)

1 bh tomat, iris
Garam dan Gula secukupnya
Cuka,
minyak untuk menumis,
Air kaldu (dr air rebusan tadi)

Bumbu perendam (dihaluskan):
2 ruas jahe
3 bawang putih
1 ruas kunyit
merica secukupnya
Garam secukupnya

Directions:

Didihkan air, kemudian masukkan daging Masak sampai daging empuk. Sisakan kaldunya kira2 250 ml.
Rendam daging dalam bumub perendam, diamkan beberapa saat.

Potong2 daging sedikit tebal, kemudian getok sampai agak memar.
Goreng daging sampai sedikit kecoklatan (gak perlu sampai kering).

Sementara itu tumis bawang merah dan tomat sampai cukup harum.
Masukkan cabe merah, tumis sampai cukup layu.
Tuangkan kaldu
tambahkan cuka kira2 setengah sendok makan/secukupnya.
Masak dgn api kecil sampai kuahnya mengental.
Cicipi rasanya.

Tata daging dalam piring, taruh cabe bumbu tadi diatasnya.

TEMPE PENYET A LA MANG EKO


Lagi pengen masakan yang pedes pedesssssss oyyy
minta dibuatin tempe penyet ama si Hubby.... enakkkkkk lohhh
gampang koq resepnya.. nih dia..:

TEMPE 1 buah diris kotak2
direndam di bumbu: Garam, bawang putih, ketumbar, kunyit dikit.
Digoreng
kalau punya pete/leunca ...bisa ditambahkan juga agar lebih nikmat...(di goreng sebentar).
aku lagi gak punya stok leunca... padahal menambah rasa mantappppssss loh

Sambal:
Cabe+bawang merah+bawang putih+tomat+terasi dikit di tumis dengan minyak panas.
angkat, lalu di ulek, tambahkan garam dan gula sedikit.
setelah agak halus, masukkan tempe... diulek bersama sambel...
SELESAI DEH... NIKMAT....!!!




disajikan bersama sayur bayam tumis, untuk meredam rasa pedas dan panas di perut...hehehhe... ENJOY!

BREAD TALK....?

ROTI GORENG/FRIED BREAD FILLED




I got the recipe from here (in Indonesian language)I write down for you in English if you wish to give it a try...!!!

INGREDIENTS

500 gr Flour no. 1
60 gr Sugar
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
250 ml fresh milk
11 gr yeast instant
50 gr butter
4 yolks..stir free
FOR FILLING:THIS IS TUNA FILLING RECIPES BUT YOU CAN FILLED WITH ANYTHING YOU LIKE
2 CAN OF TUNA
1 PREI
1 WHITE ONION
2 RED CHILLIES
2 SMALL BULLION BLOCK - I PREFFER SUGAR AND SALT

stir fry the white onion, add the prei, tuna and bullion blocks, stir fry again until it smell delicious. if you used bullion, don't add salt, but if you don't like bullion blocks, just add little sugar and salt instead.
DIRECTIONSFOR MAKING BREAD:
1. in the bowl, mix SUGAR, SALT and MILK...stir until sugar melted
2. in the other bowl, mix FLOUR nad YEAST
3. add BUTTER, mix it again until you feel the FLOUR round small like sand
4. add YOLK little by little and always stir
5. add the fisrt bowl/mix milk into the flour...stir with your hand until its not stick in your finger 6. leave it for 1 hour until it bigger
7. after 1 hour punch the dough into 2and then make small pieces of round bread
8. leave it for 15 minutes, until it big
9. make the dough thin and then fill it with your choice.
10. Round it again, and leave it for 10 minutes.
11. deep fry in the medium hot OIL.
12. FINISHED-- READY TO ENJOY!!

OPTIONAL
for my kid, I fill the bread with chocolate, and give topping on it.after the bread warm, I give little butter on top, and sprinkle light varmacil...My baby love it soooo much!!!
