Ayam diptotong, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam&lt;br /&gt;    diamkan dalam lemari es kurang lebih 30 menit&lt;br /&gt;2.  Tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk, serai, jahe, kayu manis,&lt;br /&gt;    cengkih dan kapulaga hingga harum. tambahkan cabe keriting&lt;br /&gt;    aduk hingga bumbu matang.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Masukkan ayam, masak sambil sesekali diaduk hingga daging ayam berubah warna.&lt;br /&gt;    Tuang santan encer sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Masukkan kentang, aduk lalu tutup wajan. masak sambil sesekali&lt;br /&gt;    diaduk hingga kentang dan ayam matang&lt;br /&gt;5.  Tambahkan santan kentalsedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk &lt;br /&gt;    perlahan agar santan tidak pecah. Round it again, and leave it for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;11. deep fry in the medium hot OIL.&lt;br /&gt;12.
